Annalise believes all people have natural ability and resources. In other words, we can do whatever we want to do as long as it’s what we really want to be doing. She feels that everyone deserves to take time to focus on what is important to them. You have all the answers - we just need to find the right questions.

Annalise will work with you using a range of tools to encourage and challenge you to discover clarify, source passion and move into action.  Taking her job very seriously; Annalise considers coaching to be a privileged responsibility and one which she approaches with great respect, empathy, and the ability to directly challenge all mixed with a healthy dose of humour!

Like anything you need to make sure you are in the hands of a trained professional. Coaching is a relatively new industry with a voluntary regulatory system. The International Coaching Federation [ICF] is the largest of regulatory bodies. Annalise is one of only 33 ICF Associate Certified Coach’s in New Zealand.

Coaching Professional Development

Annalise has a passion for learning and will continue to undertake professional development in the coaching felid. In 2009/10 she plans to extend her focus into two new arenas; Neuro-linguistic Programming [NLP] and Positive Psychology Coaching.
