During this comprehensive 3 month programme we will work together to examine all facets of your life. We will identify and overcome the unhelpful beliefs and patterns that are currently preventing you from realising your full potential. Together we will clear out the clutter from your world, and enable you to integrate your core strengths into your everyday life.

This programme consists of eight 60-minute phone sessions, in addition to designated tasks which have been custom designed to meet your specific needs. These tasks are completed as homework, between sessions. I provide email support during the entire process, allowing you to check in when needed, or share your triumphs with me.
